Amica Studios (Amica which is the Italian word for female friend) is the only Fitness Studio in the Napa Valley that caters to a women-only clientele. Owner Lori Jones, a native Napan, has been working in the fitness industry for nearly 30 years as an instructor, personal trainer and more recently, leader of small women's group exercise. Through her years of experience and listening to her student's needs, Lori decided to open her own studio, focusing on women's desire for a fun and supportive place to get in shape.
Amica's schedule offers a balance of cardio, weight-bearing, stretch, and mind+ body classes taught by our enthusiastic female instructors. Enjoy our complimentary water and teas available in the lounge area, or browse the boutique full of unique and interesting gifts and fitness wear.
